An apparatus for treating clavicle fractures, which comprises: a clothing (2)ableto surround the patients shoulders and the upper part of the patients armsand thorax,comprising cutouts (5) in its areas intended to extend at the patientsaxillae elongateanterior reinforcements (3), connected to the clothing (2) a tightening means(4)situated at the dorsal part of the clothing (2), able to perform tightening atthe patientsshoulder blades. According to the invention, said elongate anteriorreinforcements (3)comprise two reinforcements intended to extend at the patients delto-pectoralgrooveswhen the apparatus (1) is worn, and said tightening means (4) is such that itcan performessentially transverse tightening, over at least the entire height of theshoulder blades.
