PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a successive approximation image reconstruction method, successive approximation image reconstruction program, and tomography apparatus that in reconstructing an image using a successive approximation method, are capable of efficiently executing reconstruction by shortening a calculation time even in the case of resuming reconstruction of the image.SOLUTION: This successive approximation image reconstruction method adopts a configuration in which when an image after first image reconstruction processing having the number of repetition of 100 is obtained and the image after reconstruction has insufficient image quality, image reconstruction is resumed after reading a reconstruction image and state variable at the time of completing the reconstruction having the number of repetition of 100.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4【課題】 逐次近似法を用いて画像を再構成するときに、画像の再構成を再開する場合においても、計算時間を短縮化して効率的に再構成を実行することが可能な逐次近似画像再構成方法、逐次近似画像再構成プログラムおよび断層撮影装置を提供する。【解決手段】 この逐次近似画像再構成方法においては、最初の画像再構成処理で繰り返し回数が１００回の画像を得たときに、再構成後の画像の画質が不十分であった場合には、画像の再構成を再開するときに、繰り返し回数が１００回の画像の再構成の終了時における再構成画像と状態変数とを読み込んだ後に、画像の再構成を再開する構成を採用している。【選択図】 図４
