PURPOSE: An X-ray generator for the insertion in the oral cavity or the human body is provided to prevent the radiation exposure of an undesired region by radiating X-rays emitted from an X-ray tube unit using a collimator hole. CONSTITUTION: An X-ray tube unit(100) comprises an X-ray tube(110) equipped with a tube body(111) and an X-rays tip(112). An applicator unit(200) comprises a body(210) and a collimator hole(220). The collimator hole radiates X-rays emitted from the X-ray tube unit. An aluminum filter(230) is installed inside the collimator hole. The power supply unit applies the power to the X-ray tube unit.본 발명은 구강 또는 인체에 삽입되는 엑스선 발생 장치에 있어서, 엑스선 튜브부와, 상기 엑스선 튜브부가 삽입되는 공간을 갖는 몸체와, 상기 엑스선 튜브브로 부터 방출되는 엑스선을 방사하기 위한 적어도 하나의 콜리메이터 홀을 포함하는 어플리케이터부 및 상기 엑스선 튜브부에 전원을 인가하는 전원부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엑스선 발생 장치를 제공한다.이와 같이 소형의 엑스선 튜브를 어플리케이터부로 감쌓아 인체 및 구강에 삽입할 수 있고, 콜리메이터 홀을 통해 방사된 엑스선을 방출함으로 인해 원치않는 영역의 방사선 피폭을 방지할 수 있다.
