Disclosed is a CT system with a rotatable collimator, which is a power semiconductor apparatus. The disclosed CT system has a gantry part including: an X-ray generating part capable of generating an X-ray； the rotatable collimator formed in the X-ray generating part, and limiting the irradiation area of the X-ray generated by the X-ray generating part； and an X-ray detecting part formed on the side of the X-ray generating part, wherein the collimator is capable of being rotated. According to the present invention, the CT system is capable of rotating only the collimator, thereby improving a rotation speed compared with rotating the gantry part entirely. In addition, the CT system is capable of reducing time to obtain the three-dimensional image of a target, and is capable of largely reducing an exposure dose to the target.회전 가능한 시준기를 구비한 CT 시스템이 개시된다. 개시된 전력 반도체 장치에 대한 것이다. 개시된 CT 시스템은 X선을 발생시킬 수 있는 X선 발생부, 상기 X선 발생부 내측에 형성되며, 상기 X선 발생부에서 생성된 X선의 조사 영역을 한정하며, 회전 가능한 시준기와 상기 X선 발생부의 측부에 형성된 X선 검출부를 지닌 갠트리부를 지니며, 상기 시준기는 회전 가능하도록 형성된 것일 수 있다.
