The present invention relates to a preparation method of milk containing high concentration of organic germanium and, more specifically, to a preparation method of milk containing high concentration of organic germanium comprising the steps of: crushing natural minerals with germanium into an average particle size of 500 nm or less manufacturing a mixed drink by mixing the crushed mineral having germanium with drinking water for the cows supplying the mixed drinking to the cows when supplying feed to the cows and obtaining milk from the cow to which the feed and the mixed drinking are supplied.본 발명은 고농도의 유기 게르마늄을 함유하는 우유의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 게르마늄이 함유된 천연 광석을 평균 입자 사이즈 500 nm 이하로 잘게 분쇄하는 단계 상기 분쇄된 게르마늄 함유 광석을 젖소용 음용수에 혼합하여 혼합 음용수를 제조하는 단계 젖소에 사료를 급이할 때 상기 혼합 음용수를 함께 급이하는 단계 상기 사료 및 혼합 음용수를 급이 받은 젖소로부터 우유를 얻는 단계를 포함하는 고농도의 유기 게르마늄을 함유하는 우유의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
