The present invention relates to an apparatus for treating livestock excrement and, more specifically, to an apparatus for treating livestock excrement, wherein, while the livestock excrement is discharge, the livestock excrement is promptly separated into faces and urine through a separator to separately collect the faces and urine, thereby decreasing the financial burden of installing a high-priced solid-liquid separator or separator, and separating the faces and the urine through the separator at the same time； the washing is frequently performed by a washing unit, thereby solving the problem of bad smells； and the water used by the washing unit can be used through the urine purified in a storage tank, thereby improving the resource recycling effect.
