PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance accuracy of dimensional control of separated interval between a discharge electrode and a counter electrode by reducing the number of constituent components in a discharge device for performing streamer discharge.SOLUTION: In this discharge device, by applying a predetermined voltage between a discharge electrode (51) and a counter electrode (52) arranged opposite to the discharge electrode (51), streamer discharge is performed between a discharge needle (54a) of a discharge part electrically connected to the discharge electrode (51) and the counter electrode (52). A space member (70) setting the separated interval between the discharge electrode (51) and the counter electrode (52) is constituted by an insulator case (70) with a hollowed box-like shape having insulation properties.
