PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article which reliably fits the groove of the buttocks and also fits the groove by being adapted to the deformation of the buttocks during sleeping.
SOLUTION: An absorbent article includes: blood discharge opening corresponding embossed parts 10 each having portions along the substantially longitudinal direction of a napkin 1 on both sides of a longitudinal center line CL with respect to a blood discharge opening corresponding part M circular arcuate buttocks deformation corresponding embossed parts 13, 13 separated backward from the blood discharge opening corresponding embossed parts 10 and each having curvature centers on the width-direction outer sides on both sides of the longitudinal center line CL and buttocks groove corresponding embossed parts 12 having substantially reverse V shape parts to be gradually enlarged toward both sides and a rear side from a position on the longitudinal center line Cl. The rear side parts of the buttocks deformation corresponding embossed parts 13 are superimposed in a prescribed section on the front side parts of the buttocks groove corresponding embossed parts 12, and are provided so as to be separated from the outer sides of the buttocks groove corresponding embossed parts 12 in the superimposition section, and the rear end parts of the buttocks deformation corresponding embossed parts 13 are formed substantially in parallel with the reverse V shape parts of the buttocks groove corresponding embossed parts 12 which are each formed on the same sides as the above rear end parts with the longitudinal center line CL as a boundary.
