1. A single-phase temperature control composition comprising: a. from 0.01% to 10% by weight of a neurosensory agent; b. from 0.01% to 30% of the mass of the component, which is a remedy for sweating; c. polar carrier, including water and monohydroxy alcohol in the ratio of the amount of water to the amount of monohydroxy alcohol, ranging from 0.0625: 1 to 1.5: 1, and the viscosity of the composition at room temperature is less than 2500 centipoise. 2. The temperature control composition according to claim 1, wherein the neurosensory agent is selected from menthol, menthyl lactate, mentyl PCA, menthyl succinate, menthyl acetate, modified safflower oil, menthyl, menthyl salicylate, N, 2,3-trimethyl-2-isopropylbutanamide, N-ethyl- para-menthan-3-carboxamide, 3- (1-menthoxy) propan-1,2-diol, 1- (2-hydroxyphenyl) -4- (3-nitrophenyl) -1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridin-2 -one, 2- (2-alkoxy-1-methylethyl) -5-methylcyclohexanols, 1-menthanyl carbonates and mixtures of the above compounds. 3. The temperature control composition according to claim 1, wherein the anti-sweating component is selected from aluminum hydrochloride, aluminum dichlorohydrate, aluminum sesquichlorohydrate, aluminum chlorohydrex-PG, aluminum dichlorohydrex-PG, aluminum sesquichlorohydrex-PEG, aluminum chlorohydrex-PEG, aluminum PEG-aluminum, sesquichlorohydrex-PEG aluminum, aluminum chloride, aluminum-zirconium trichlorohydrate, aluminum-zirconium tetrachloride, aluminum-zirconium pentachlorohydrate, aluminum-zirconium octachlorohydrate, trichlorohydride CSA-aluminum-zirconium glycine, tetrachlorohydrex-glycine, aluminum zirconium, pentachlorohydrex glycine, aluminum-zirconium, octachlorohydrex glycine, aluminum-zirconium, and mixtures enumerable1.
