The present invention relates to a quantitative research device for aquatic organisms, comprising: a base frame which is fixedly installed at a river or lake; a plurality of vertical beams which are vertically installed on the base frame, and on which a plurality of coupling holes are formed along the axial direction with regular intervals therebetween; a plurality of mesh-type baskets which are inserted through the vertical beams, and to which benthic macro-invertebrates are introduced to inhabit therein; lower coupling pins and upper coupling pins which are coupled to the coupling holes of the vertical beams to correspond to upper positions and lower positions of the baskets, respectively, so as to secure the positions of the baskets.
