PURPOSE: A liquid phase composition for transdermal absorption is provided to easily produce an absorbing agent for transdermal administration and to ensure elasticity. CONSTITUTION: A liquid phase composition for transdermal absorption contains a percutaneous drug, a carrier for delivering the drug, and a film base which is solidified. The percutaneous drug contains 0.05-30 weight parts of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory analgesic agent as an active ingredient and further contains 0.1-10 weight parts of skin sedative, 0.1-20 weight parts of solubilizer, 0.1-10 weight parts of disinfectant, or 0.1-20 weights parts of skin absorption enhancing agent. The carrier is a volatile solvent or water. The film base is liquid phase polyurethane resin.본 발명은 경피 흡수용 액상 조성물과 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 우레탄을 액상 타입으로 이용하여 경피 흡수용 액상 조성물 내 액상 타입에서 고형화되는 필름 기재로 사용함으로써 우수한 피부 점착력, 신속한 피부 침투 효과를 지니는 조성물로 관절통, 근육통, 골절통, 신경통, 류마티통, 타박, 어깨 걸림증 등의 적응증에 대한 처치를 요하는 부위에 효과적인 고성능 경피 흡수용 액상 조성물 및 그 제조 방법을 제공할 수 있다. 본 발명에 따르면, 액상 타입이므로 휴대가 간편할 뿐 아니라 처치를 요하는 부위에 바르거나 분사시 휘발성 성분이 휘발되고 경피 흡수용 약물을 함유한 폴리우레탄 수지가 필름 타입으로 해당 부위에 형성된 채 잔류함으로써 약물을 손쉽게 그리고 약효를 지속적으로 전달할 수 있다.
