This present invention provides a percutaneous absorption type pharmaceutical preparation which comprises 4-(2-methyl-1-imidazolyl)-2,2-diphenylbutylamide as the active ingredient and a backbone for transdermal system, and satisfies at least one of the following conditions (1) and (2). The pharmaceutical preparation of the present invention enables absorption of 4-(2-methyl-1-imidazolyl)-2,2-diphenylbutylamide, which has a low ability to be absorbed from the skin, from the skin into the body continuously and efficiently. (1) The active ingredient content in one preparation or one time administration preparation is from about 0.1 mg to about 10 mg, (2) the size is from about 1 cm 2 to about 300 cm 2 .본 발명은, 4-(2-메틸-1-이미다졸릴)-2,2-디페닐부틸아미드를 유효 성분으로 하고, 외용제 기제를 함유하며, 하기 (1)∼(2)의 적어도 하나의 조건을 만족하고 있는 경피 흡수형 제제를 제공한다. 본 발명의 제제는 피부로부터의 흡수성이 낮은 4-(2-메틸-1-이미다졸릴)-2,2-디페닐부틸아미드를, 피부로부터 지속적으로 또 효율적으로 체내에 흡수시킬 수 있다. (1) 1회의 투여제 중의 유효 성분 함유량이 약 0.1 mg∼약 10 mg, (2) 크기가 약 1 cm2∼약 300 cm2임.
