The present invention relates to height regulating of a wheelchair and, more particularly, to a patient lifting device attached to a wheelchair. A patient who cannot move freely due to severe disabilities finds it hard both to move from a wheelchair to a bed for himself or herself and to deal with physiological phenomena of his or her own without the help of others. The wheelchair seat lifting device prepared by the present invention includes a cylinder operating unit (113) in between a wheelchair seat (111) and a cylinder (112), and positions a cylinder operating unit handle (115) at the front of both armrests (114) of the wheelchair. Then, the wheelchair seat lifting device unlocks the locking of a foldable hinge (117) for the wheelchair back in order to help the movement between the wheelchair back (116) and a bed.본 발명은 휠체어시트 높이조절에 관한 것으로서, 보다 자세하게는 휠체어 부착용 환자리프트에 관한 것이다. 중증장애로 인하여 거동이 불편한 환자는 스스로 휠체어에서 침대로 이동이 힘들고 타인의 도움 없이는 생리현상조차 해결하기 힘들다. 본 발명에 의한 휠체어시트 올림 장치는 휠체어시트(111)와 실린더(112)사이에 실린더 작동부(113)을 설치하여 휠체어 양쪽 팔걸이(114)앞에 실린더 작동부 손잡이(115)를 위치시켜 휠체어등받이(116)와 상기 침대같의 이동을 돕기 위해 휠체어등받이 접이식 힌지(117)의 잠금을 풀어주어 상기 침대와 휠체어간의 이동을 쉽게 한다.
