The present invention relates to a bed for bedsore prevention having a new structure, which is turned to enable a patient to turn and lie on his/her side, thereby preventing bedsore from occurring. According to the present invention, a mattress (20) comprises: a left side mattress (21) extending forward and backward and having a right side end hinged to a support frame (10) in order to make a left side end turn upward； and a right side mattress (22) extending forward and backward, and having a left side end hinged to the support frame (10) in order to make a right side end turn upward wherein left and right turning equipment (30, 40) are disposed respectively on the left side mattress (21) and the right side mattress (22). When the left mattress (21) or the right mattress (22) is turned upward by using the left and right turning equipment (30, 40), a patient lying on the mattress (20) is turned to the left or the right. Accordingly, a lying patient can be easily turned to the left or the right to prevent bedsore from occurring on the body of the patient.본 발명은 환자가 측방향으로 돌아눕도록 회전시켜 환자에게 욕창이 발생되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 된 새로운 구조의 욕창 방지용 침대에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 욕창 방지용 침대는 상기 매트(20)가 전후방향으로 연장되며 좌측단이 상측으로 회동되도록 우측단이 상기 지지프레임(10)에 힌지결합된 좌측매트(21)와, 전후방향으로 연장되며 우측단이 상측으로 회동되도록 좌측단이 상기 지지프레임(10)에 힌지결합된 우측매트(22)로 구성되고, 상기 좌측매트(21)와 우측매트(22)에는 좌우측 회동기구(30,40)가 구비되어, 상기 좌우측 회동기구(30,40)를 이용하여 좌측매트(21) 또는 우측매트(22)를 상측으로 회동시키면, 매트(20)에 누워있는 환자가 좌측 또는 우측으로 돌아눕게 된다.따라서, 환자를 손쉽게 좌측 또는 우측으로 돌아눕도록 하여, 환자의 신체에 욕창이 발생되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
