The present invention is a discharge container (1, 2) that is provided with the following: a container body (12) in which contents are stored; a securing member (13); a discharge vessel (14) having a stem (19); an exterior section (15) that has a top wall section (24) penetrated by molded holes (26) and that discharges the contents from the perforation holes (26) onto a discharge surface (14) of the top wall section (24); and an inner plate (16) which is provided so as to be freely movable inside the exterior section (15) and which forms a diffusion chamber (35) in the space that is formed with a supply surface (28) of the top wall section (24).
