The present invention relates to a fatigue recovery beverage containing cucumber vinegar and a method for preparing the same and, more particularly, to a fatigue recovery beverage containing cucumber vinegar comprising: 3-5 wt% of high fructose corn syrup, 0.9-1.2 wt% of an apple concentrated solution, 1.5-2.5 wt% of polydextrose, 0.02-0.03 wt% of citric acid anhydrous, 0.025-0.04 wt% of vitamin C, 0.15-0.35 wt% of a cucumber flavor, 0.01-0.025 wt% of a green pigment, 0.004-0.006 wt% of steviten fresh, and 85-95 wt% of purified water, with respect to 2-5 wt% of cucumber vinegar. According to the present invention, the fatigue recovery beverage containing cucumber vinegar is prepared by mixing cucumber vinegar with a subsidiary solvent formed of high fructose corn syrup, an apple concentrated solution, polydextrose, citric acid anhydrous, vitamin C, a cucumber flavor, a green pigment, steviten fresh, and purified water. In addition, the cucumber vinegar beverage prepared thereby is taken to improve the energy metabolic enzyme activity. Therefore, endurance can be improved, and lactic acid, inorganic phosphate, and ammonia are prevented from being accumulated to recover fatigue. Moreover, the cucumber vinegar beverage has abundant contents of organic acid and an inorganic component.본 발명은 오이식초를 함유한 피로회복 음료 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서 더욱 상세하게는, 오이식초 2 ~ 5 중량부에 대해 액상과당 3 ~ 5 중량부, 사과농축액 0.9 ~ 1.2 중량부, 폴리덱스트로오스 1.5 ~ 2.5 중량부, 무수구연산 0.02 ~ 0.03 중량부, 비타민C 0.025 ~ 0.04 중량부, 오이향 0.15 ~ 0.35 중량부, 그린색소 0.01 ~ 0.025 중량부, 스텐비텐후레쉬 0.004 ~ 0.006 중량부 및 정제수 85 ~ 95 중량부로 구성되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 오이식초를 함유한 피로회복 음료에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 의한 오이식초를 함유한 피로회복 음료는 오이식초를 액상과당, 사과농축액, 폴리덱스트로오스, 무수구연산, 비타민 C, 오이향, 그린색소, 스텐비텐후레쉬 및 정제수로 이루어지는 부용제와 혼합되어 제조된다.또한, 상기와 같이 제조된 오이식초음료를 섭취함으로써 에너지 대사효소 활성이 향상되어 지구력 향상에 영향을 미치며 젖산, 무기인산, 암모니아의 축적을 억제하여 피로회복에 효과적이다.또한, 오이식초음료는 유기산 및 무기성분 함량이 풍부하다는 장점이 있다.
