PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydroponic cultivation kitchen which provides no problems in cultivation of vegetables etc., having small configuration, having no limitation by electric wiring or piping in a room, and being easily established in a room (kitchen).SOLUTION: The hydroponic cultivation kitchen comprises the following construction. A holding member 4 is arranged in a cultivation container 3 arranged at backside upper part of kitchen 1, into which hydroponic solution is immersed and being to be a floor of cultivation plant. In an inner space of the kitchen 1, arranged are a cultivation space 2 formed with an attached arch counter 5 with a light source in its inside at designed height so as to surround upper part of the holding member 4； a solution tank 7 supplying hydroponic solution 6 to the cultivation container 3； a pump 8 pumping the hydroponic solution from the solution tank 7； and temperature adjusting means 9 adjusting temperature of the hydroponic solution 6. The solution tank 7, the pump 8 and temperature adjusting means 9 are communicated with a pipe 10. The pipe 10 has an opening on a tip at one end side of the cultivation container 3. A run off pipe 12 formed on the other end side and a part of the pipe 10 are branched to form a circulation path.【課題】野菜などの育成栽培に支障を来すことがなく、しかも、全体が嵩張らないで、室内の電気配線や水回りなどの制約を受けることなく、室内（台所への）設置が容易に行えるようにする。【解決手段】キッチン１の背面側上部に設けた栽培容器３に水耕溶液が含浸でき栽培植物の床となる保持部材４を配設し、その上部を囲うように所要高さで内側に光源を備えたアーチ状のカウンター５を取り付けて形成した栽培スペース２と、栽培容器３に水耕溶液６を供給する溶液タンク７と、溶液タンク７から水耕溶液を送り出すポンプ８と、水耕溶液６の温度を調整する温度調整手段９とをキッチン１の内部スペースに配設し、溶液タンク７とポンプ８と温度調整手段９とをパイプ１０で接続し、パイプ１０の先端を栽培容器３の一方の端部側に開口させる共に、他方の端部側に形成した溢出管１２と、一部のパイプ１０を分岐して循環路を形成した構成の水耕栽培キッチンとする。【選択図】図１
