PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mushroom cultivation greenhouse, maintaining the environmental condition suitable for growth of mushroom by reducing the flow of air in the mushroom cultivation chamber. SOLUTION: This mushroom cultivation greenhouse includes: a temperature adjusting chamber 20 for adjusting the temperature to a fixed value by taking the outside air; and the mushroom cultivation chamber 10 for cultivating the mushroom by feeding the temperature adjusted air in the temperature adjusting chamber 20 to thereby adjust the humidity, wherein after the outside air is once taken into the temperature adjusting chamber 20 to adjust the temperature to the fixed value without directly air-conditioning the space in the mushroom cultivation chamber 10, the air in the temperature adjusting chamber 20 is fed into the mushroom cultivation chamber 10.
