The present invention provides a method for adjusting the temperature of a planting medium. The method comprises: deploying a planting bed in the air, a filled planting medium contacting the planting bed in the air and adjusting the temperature of the planting medium by means of the planting bed. The present invention also comprises a planting bed capable of promoting a root of a plant to absorb oxygen in the planting medium.La présente invention décrit un procédé pour régler la température dun milieu de culture. Le procédé comporte : le déploiement dune planche de culture dans lair, un milieu de culture rempli étant en contact avec la planche de culture dans lair et le réglage de la température du milieu de culture au moyen de la planche de culture. La présente invention concerne également une planche de culture capable de favoriser labsorption doxygène par la racine dune plante dans le milieu de culture.
