PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixed solution which can be used as a soil conditioner or a fertilizer which can be used in a wider area compared with the conventional ones by the mixed solution having a good balance between an active ingredient derived from plants containing bamboo or an antioxidant and photosynthetic bacteria or a useful microbial group.SOLUTION: A mixed solution is obtained by mixing (A) a mixed extract of an extract from bamboo and an extract of plants containing an antioxidant, and (B) a bacteria culture solution of photosynthetic bacteria and lactic acid bacteria. Preferably it can be used as a fertilizer or a soil conditioner with high activity by fermenting and maturing this mixed solution.【課題】竹や抗酸化物質を含有する植物由来の有効成分と、光合成細菌や有用菌群とのバランスが取れた混合液によって、従来よりも広範囲で使用できる土壌改良剤や肥料として使用することができる混合液を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】竹の抽出液と抗酸化物質を含有する植物の抽出液との混合抽出液（Ａ）と、光合成細菌および乳酸菌の菌培養液（Ｂ）とを混合してなる混合液。また、好ましくは、この混合液を発酵させ熟成することで、より活性が高い肥料や土壌改良剤として使用することができる。【選択図】 図１
