In particular, the present invention relates to a syringe safe cap assembly for preventing a user from being damaged when he/she inserts a syringe needle in a cap and capable of fundamentally blocking the re-usage of a syringe or a syringe needle to be wasted. To this end, the syringe safe cap assembly comprises: an accommodation cap disposed to be able to insert and accommodate at least a part of a syringe needle or a syringe needle support and a support unit connected with the accommodation cap, and supporting the accommodation cap not to fall with respect to a floor surface.
