A connector (34), configured to couple a table extension (28) and a limb support assembly (32) to a surgical table (12), comprises: a first connecting portion (136) configured to be removably coupled to the surgical table (12)； a second connecting portion (142) configured to be removably coupled to a portion of the surgical table extension (28)； and a third connecting portion (144) configured to be removably coupled to a portion of the limb support assembly (32), wherein the limb support assembly (32) and the surgical table extension (28) are simultaneously couplable to the third connecting portion (144) and the second connecting portion (142), respectively.
