PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a polymer membrane is provided to induce reactions by exposing materials of various compositions to specimens and samples. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a polymer membrane includes the following steps: a polymer layer is formed on the surface of a solid material or a liquid material using polymerizable, cross-linkable, or self-assemblable materials or using solutions containing the materials； liquid drops are dropped on the polymer layer to form a membrane on the interface of the liquid drops； and the materials are cross-linked. The density of the solid or the liquid material is higher than the densities of the polymerizable, cross-linkable, or self-assemblable materials. The polymerizable, cross-linkable, or self-assemblable materials are polydimethylsiloxane, acrylate, styrene, ethylene, lactate, or poly(ethylene glycol)-polystyrene. [Reference numerals] (AA,EE,GG) Water； (BB) Non cross-linked PDMS； (CC) Substrate； (DD) Dropping droplet； (FF) Self-formation of a film； (HH) PDMS cross-linkage본 발명은 두 가지 이상의 물질이 가지는 밀도 및 표면장력의 차이를 이용한 고분자 막 캡슐 및 이의 제조방법 및 고분자 막 캡슐의 다양한 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의해 제조된 고분자 막 캡슐은 반응에 필요한 다양한 조성의 물질들을 안정된 형태로 보존할 수 있고, 필요시 시료 및 검체에 노출시켜서 원하는 반응을 유도하여 다중분석시스템으로의 응용이 가능하며, 치료제 또는 진단제를 포집하여 조절 방출형 캡슐로의 제작이 가능하다. 따라서 분석 및 약물전달용 산업에 있어서 새로운 소재 및 방법들을 제공하여 줄 것이며 의약, 식품, 화장품, 분석 분야에서 활용될 수 있다.
