PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly infiltrate a moisture content absorbed in a top sheet without impairing plasticity in an absorbent article using a cotton nonwoven fabric for the top sheet for improving the texture.SOLUTION: A top sheet 3 is formed by applying water repellent to a spunlace nonwoven fabric composed of 100 wt.% of cotton fibers, where multiple apertures 10 penetrating through the front/back are formed at least at an excretory-orifice corresponding part. The top sheet 3 further includes a thermally-fusible fiber sheet 6 disposed adjacent to a surface in an absorber 4 side thereof. A plurality of bonded parts 20... are formed between the top sheet 3 and the thermally-fusible fiber sheet 6 along the longitudinal direction of an incontinence pad 1 at some intervals apart from one another in the width direction.
