PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a surface sheet, the surface sheet of an absorbent article, in which cotton fibers being natural fibers are used, further, a body fluid is quickly passed, and return properties of the body fluid are not present, and thereby discomfort due to stickiness is eliminated from a wearer.SOLUTION: A surface sheet 15 for use in an absorbent article includes a top sheet 11, a second sheet 12, an absorber 13 and a back-sheet 14, which are disposed in this order. This surface sheet 15 is constituted of the top sheet 11 and the second sheet 12. The cotton nonwoven fabric for constituting the top sheet 11 is integrated with the thermoplastic resin fiber nonwoven fabric for constituting the second sheet 12 by three-dimensional entangling between the constituent fibers. In the second sheet 12, apertures are formed for sending the absorption liquid reaching the second sheet 12 through the top sheet 11 into the absorber 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】吸収性物品の表面シートであって、天然繊維であるコットン繊維が用いられており、さらに、体液を素早く通過し、かつ移行した体液の戻り性がなく、着用者にはべたつきによる不快感を与えることのない表面シートを得る。【解決手段】トップシート11と、セカンドシート12と、吸収体13と、バックシート14とがこの順に配置された吸収性物品に用いられる表面シート15である。この表面シート15は、トップシート11とセカンドシート12とによって構成される。トップシート11を構成するコットン不織布と、セカンドシート12を構成する熱可塑性樹脂繊維不織布とが、構成繊維同士の三次元的な交絡により一体化している。セカンドシート12には、トップシート11を通ってセカンドシート12に達した被吸収液を吸収体13に送り込むための開孔が形成されている。【選択図】図1
