PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool with which appropriate perforations can be easily made in a tabular edible laver in order to improve the texture and easiness of eating.SOLUTION: A laver perforating tool comprises a cylindrical rotor 1 made from an arbitrary material. Needles 2 formed from an arbitrary material and in an arbitrary shape are provided on a surface at certain positions in a certain number. Circular arms 3 which are formed from an arbitrary material and in an arbitrary shape and for which a cross section of parts inserted into the holes is slightly smaller than the diameter of the holes. A grip 4 formed from an arbitrary material and in an arbitrary shape is mounted to the arms 3.EFFECT: It is known that making suitable perforations in a tabular laver has the effects of improving the texture of the laver and easiness of eating a rice ball prepared by using the laver.
