PURPOSE: Yellow soil healthy salt is provided to remove heavy metals and impurities from the salt using heat generated from hardwood charcoal, and to remove the bitter taste of the salt.CONSTITUTION: A hardwood charcoal kiln is filled with oak, and an entrance is sealed before carbonizing the oak for 5-6 days. The lower side of the entrance is opened, and the temperature of the hardwood charcoal kiln is increased to 1,200°C to obtain hardwood charcoal. The hardwood charcoal is stored inside the hardwood charcoal kiln for maintaining the temperature inside the hardwood charcoal kiln when the temperature is 900-1,000°C. Bay salt inside a yellow soil jar is inserted into the hardwood charcoal kiln. The entrance of the hardwood charcoal kiln is sealed, and reopened after 24 hours. The firstly roasted salt inside the jar is transferred to a new jar, and aged for 3-4 days. The roasting, transferring, and aging processes are repeated for 3 times.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013(가) 기술분야 참숯의 원적외선을 이용하여 세번을 구워 보다 안전한 구운소금을만들기 위함이다(나) 해결하고자 하는 과제기존 숯가마에서 굽는 방식중 숯을 완전히 꺼내고 소금을 구울시에숯가마의 온도가 내려가 소금이 제대로 구워지지 않아 구운소금에남아있던 중금속 및 산화물을 완전히 제거하기 위함이다.(다) 과제의 해결 수단숯가마의 온도가 900~1000도 사이일때 숯가마 안에 온도를 장시간 유지하기 위해 가마안에 참숯을 남겨둔체 두번구운 황토항아리에천일염을 담아 숯가마에 밀어넣은 다음 입구를 봉하고 24시간 후 항아리를 꺼내어 새로운 항아리에 넣은 다음 위의 과정을 반복 총 세번을 구워낸다(라) 효과참숯과 황토가마의 원적외선으로 세번을 구움으로써 천일염의 쓴맛이없어지고 일반 천일염보다 미네랄이 풍부해지며, 중금속 및 불순물이완전히 제거되어 보다 안전하고 맛이좋은 구운소금을 생산할 수 있다.
