PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing rice bran oil by allowing rice bran flour to come into contact with charcoal and allowing the rice bran flour to be burnt with the charcoal that is covered with the rice bran to drip out the rice bran oil (the idea that the rice bran is collected from rice brain by burning the rice bran with charcoal coated with the rice bran has proposed for the first time). SOLUTION: Charcoal 2 is covered with rice bran 1 and the rice bran is burned (or roasted with the charcoal), thus there happen many kinds of reactions or some kinds of catalytic reactions on the charcoal are accelerated thereby producing rice bran oil including specifically decomposed factors, their mixed factors and their recombined factors (as a result, this rice bran oil has markedly effective for skin damage by burning, particularly for skin regeneration).
