PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-water type emulsion cosmetic which looks natural without giving incongruity when applied on skin.SOLUTION: An oil-in-water type emulsion cosmetic comprises: (A) 0.1 to 10 mass% of crosslinked (meth)acrylic acid ester-based resin powder (B) 0.05 to 2 mass% of sodium acrylate/acryloyl dimethyltaurine copolymer (C) 1 to 25 mass% of oil which is liquid at 25°C (D) 1 to 25 mass% of powder subjected to hydrophobic treatment and (E) water.
