PURPOSE: A composition for wound healing is provided to effectively reduce pain and irritation and to remove burnt mark. CONSTITUTION: A composition for wound healing contains 10 parts by weight of fat and oils, 10-30 parts by weight of earthworm powder, and 1-5 parts by weight of fluid except for water. The fat and oils include sesame oil, perilla oil, olive oil, grape seed oil, sunflower oil, pumpkin seed oil, walnut seed oil, canola oil, safflower seed oil, or unpolished rice oil. The earthworm powder is prepared by thermal treatment of earthworms in a sealed container, and pulverizing. A method for preparing the composition comprises: a step of baking the earthworms in the sealed container； a step of pulverizing the baked earthworms to obtain earthworm powder； a step of mixing fat and oils and earthworm powder； and a step of adding the fluid except for water to the mixture.본원은 화상 치료를 위한 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 화독(火毒)을 신속하게 제거하는 동시에 피부의 재생을 조력하여 화상흔(火傷痕)을 최소화할 수 있는 화상 치료용 조성물 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.본원에 의하면, 화상에 따르는 통증과 자극을 효과적으로 감소시키며, 3 도 내지 4도 화상에 따른 화상흔의 문제를 효과적으로 제거할 수 있는 화상 치료용 조성물 및 그 제조 방법을 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 간편하고 저렴한 방법으로 제조할 수 있는 화상 치료용 조성물 및 그 제조 방법을 제공할 수 있다.
