PURPOSE: A device for sensing and transmitting a fish signal of a float is provided to minimize power consumption and to set various sensitivities of 3-axes acceleration sensor. CONSTITUTION: A device for sensing and transmitting a fish signal of a float is installed in the end part of a fishing line and is equipped with an electronic circuit terminal. The electronic circuit terminal includes: a 3-axes acceleration sensor(105) which outputs a level of acceleration change according to the movement of a fish signal sensing and transmitting float; a CPU(104) which controls the function of the electronic circuit terminal; and a radio frequency wireless modem which releases a fish signal detection signal through an antenna.
