PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag which is easy to take out contents after opening.SOLUTION: The packaging bag includes a first packaging film 20, a second packaging film 30 disposed opposite to the first packaging film, a storing portion 15 for storing the contents 14 which is formed by sealing the periphery parts of the first packaging film and the second packaging film, a first opening line 22 formed on the first packaging film, and a second opening line 32 formed on the second packaging film.
