PURPOSE: A bulk bag for TMR(total mixed rations), a TMR packing method using thereof, and a TMR fermentation method are provided to secure the excellent air secluding effect. CONSTITUTION: A bulk bag for TMR(total mixed rations) includes a body sack, a lower side discharging unit, an upper cover unit, and a seal sack. The body sack(10) has a cylindrical form with opened upper and lower sides. The lower side discharging unit(20) includes a fastening string inside a string insertion hole(212). The upper cover unit(30) is combined with the upper side of the body sack. The seal sack(40) has the same inner diameter with the diameter of the body sack.본 발명은 벌크백(Bulk bag)에 관한 것으로서 더욱 구체적으로는 내부에 저장되는 티엠알(TMR: Total Mixed Rations)이 외부공기와 차단될 수 있도록 구성하여, 티엠알의 포장/보관을 용이하게 할 뿐만 아니라 벌크백에 저장된 티엠알이 호기발효→혐기발효→안정화의 3단계 과정을 거쳐 완전혼합발효사료(TMF； fermented TMR)가 되도록 하는 티엠알 보관-발효용 벌크백에 관한 것이다.몸체포대-하부배출부-상부덮개부를 질긴 재질의 단일층으로 제작할 수 있어 종래기술에 의한 벌크백에 비해 원재료의 사용량이 적게 된다. 또한 몸체포대-하부배출부-상부덮개부를 단일층으로 제작이 가능하고, 박음질 부분이 형성된 바늘구멍을 통해 외기가 내부로 유입되는 것을 방지하기 위하여 박음질을 어긋나게 할 필요가 없기 때문에 제작공정이 단순화된다. 따라서 본 발명에 의한 티엠알 보관-발효용 벌크백을 보다 경제적으로 생산할 수 있게 된다.
