PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag which is easy to open and is easy to take out a packaged article.SOLUTION: A packaging bag 12 includes a first packaging film 20, a second packaging film 30, a housing part 15 which is formed by sealing an outer peripheral part of the first and second packaging films and houses a packaged article, a first opening line 22 formed on the first packaging film, a second opening line 32 formed on the second packaging film, and an opening start point 42 which is formed on an outer edge of a seal part 16 of the outer peripheral part of the first and second packaging films. The first and second opening lines intersect at a predetermined intersection angle. The intersection part 40 is positioned on an inner side than the seal part and is in a periphery of an optional position of the seal part.
