The present invention relates to an eccentric healing abutment, which can greatly increase the convenience of manufacturing a prosthesis by inducing a gingiva to be normally formed even though a fixture is installed to be eccentric toward a buccoclusion side or a lingual side while blocking a gingival valve not to be located on an upper surface thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the eccentric healing abutment of the present invention comprises: a healing abutment body fastened to a fixture implanted in an alveolar bone to prevent the contraction of a gingiva due to extraction of a tooth, and having a fastening hole for fastening a fastening member at the center thereof； and an eccentric guide protruding unit integrally formed to protrude from one side at an upper portion of the healing abutment body to guide the fastening hole to be eccentric toward one side when viewed from the top.
