The present invention relates to an abutment for an implant and, more particularly, to an abutment for an implant, which is fixed and combined to a fixture and supports a prosthesis forming the appearance of an artificial tooth. The present invention may include: a body unit which has a connection structure corresponding to the inner structure of the fixture to be able to connect the outer circumference with the fixture, and is shaped in a taper whose outer diameter increases closer to the upper part from the fixture, and is in touch with the gum； and a cylindrical guide which is formed in one body with the body unit, is extended to protrude from the upper side of the body unit, and has a smaller diameter than the diameter of the upper side of the body unit, wherein the body unit and the guide may have a through hole penetrated from the top end of the guide to the bottom end of the body unit. Therefore, by forming the protruding guide extended from the upper side from the body unit, the prosthesis attached on the outer circumference of the abutment is supported firmly, which prevents deformation of prosthesis or damage to the prosthesis.본 발명은 임플란트용 어버트먼트에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 인공치아의 외형을 형성하는 보철물을 지지하고 픽스처에 체결되어 고정결합되는 임플란트용 어버트먼트에 있어서, 외주면이 상기 픽스처와 체결가능하도록 상기 픽스처의 내부 구조와 대응하는 체결구조를 가지고, 상기 픽스처로부터 상방으로 갈수록 외경이 증가하는 테이퍼형태로 이루어지며 잇몸과 접촉되는 몸체부 그리고 상기 몸체부와 일체로 형성되되, 상기 몸체부의 상면으로부터 상방으로 돌출되도록 연장되어 형성되고, 상기 몸체부의 상면이 이루는 직경보다 작은 직경을 가지며, 실린더 형상으로 이루어진 가이드를 포함하고, 상기 몸체부 및 상기 가이드에는, 상기 가이드의 상단으로부터 상기 몸체부의 하단까지 관통공이 관통형성될 수 있다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면 본체부의 상면으로부터 연장된 가이드가 돌출되어 형성됨에 따라 임플란트용 어버트먼트의 외주면에 부착되는 보철물을 견고하게 지지함으로써 보철물이 손상되거나 변형되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
