The present invention relates to an operating device for restoring fractured implants, which smoothly grinds fractured surfaces of fixtures without removing the fractured implant fixture and then installs upper prosthesis on the upper part of the ground implant to make an implant restoring operation simple and efficient, a method for restoring the fractured implant using the same and a replacement abutment therefore. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the operating device for restoring fractured implants comprises a guide pin which has a bar shape with round surface and has external screws to be engaged with internal screws remaining on screw inserting holes in the fractured fixture to restore fractured fixtures on the implant； a grinding part which has a cylindrical-shaped guide groove on the lower end part, so that an grinding wheel formed on the lower side is contacted to the fractured areas on the fixture, where the other side of the guide pin is inserted in the guide groove； and a grinder which consists of a connection shaft formed on the same axis of the guide groove on the upper grinding part and smoothly grinds the fractured area on the fixture by rotating with use of external driving power.본 발명은 파절된 임플란트 고정체를 제거하지 않고서 고정체의 파절면을 평활하게 그라인딩하고 그 위에 임플란트의 상부 보철물을 설치함으로써 임플란트 복구 시술의 간편화 및 효율화를 이룰 수 있는 파절된 임플란트의 복구 시술장치, 이를 이용한 파절된 임플란트의 복구방법 및 이를 위한 대체 지대주에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 파절된 임플란트의 복구 시술장치는, 고정체(fixture)가 파절된 임플란트(dental implant system)를 복구하기 위하여 원형 단면을 가진 막대 형상을 가지고, 상기 파절된 고정체의 나사 삽입공에 잔존하는 암나사에 치합되도록 일측에 숫나사가 형성된 가이드핀； 및 하부에 형성된 숫돌이 상기 고정체의 파절면과 접하도록 하단부에 원통형의 안내홈이 형성되어 상기 가이드핀의 타단부가 상기 안내홈에 삽입되는 그라인딩부와, 상기 그라인딩부의 상부에 상기 안내홈과 동일축상으로 형성된 연결 샤프트로 이루어지고, 외부 동력에 의해 회전하여 상기 고정체의 파절면을 평활하게 그라인딩하는 그라인더(grinder)를 포함한다.
