The present invention relates to an integrated implant in which an endosseous fixture an abutment and a prosthesis coping are integrally formed so that an aesthetic custom made prosthesis can be attached and then a final prosthesis can be mounted onto the custom made prosthesis in order to resolve an aesthetic problem that existing integral implants fail to resolve the integrated dental implant comprising: an endosseous fixture (100) formed integrally in the lower part of the integrated implant for being implanted into an alveolar bone an abutment (310) formed integrally in the upper part of the endosseous fixture for being implanted into a gum covering the alveolar bone a prosthesis coping (330) formed integrally in the upper part of the abutment (310) to which a final prosthesis (700) cast in a dental laboratory or manufactured by CAD or CAM programs can be attached and a prosthesis attachment center hole (500) configured such that a through hole is formed from an apical surface of the prosthesis coping (330) toward the endosseous fixture (100) whereby the final prosthesis (700) can be affixed inside the through hole.
