PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance moldability of rolled sushi in molding means of a rolled sushi continuous manufacturing device.SOLUTION: A primary rolling molding part 4A constituting a rolling molding part 4 of a continuous laver roll molding machine M1 has a guide roller 11 for molding laver roll by pressing a laver roll material SR with rolling. A plurality of projection parts 11p which projects to a diameter direction of the guide roller 11 are dispersion arranged along a circumferential direction of the guide roller 11 on an outer periphery of the guide roller 11. Thereby pressure can be added to the laver roll material SR with variations of strength when laver roll is molded by pressing the laver roll material SR by rotation of the guide roller 11. Therefore, the laver roll material SR can be made to approach to a state that it is molded with indentation by hands and rice and ingredients of the laver roll material SR can be familiarized preferably to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】巻寿司連続製造装置の成形手段において巻寿司の成形性を向上させることができる。【解決手段】連続海苔巻き成形機M1の巻成形部4を構成する一次巻成形部4Aは、回転しながら海苔巻き材料SRを押圧することで海苔巻きを成形するガイドローラ11を備えている。このガイドローラ11の外周には、ガイドローラ11の径方向に突出する複数の突出部11pがガイドローラ11の周方向に沿って分散配置されている。これにより、ガイドローラ11の回転により海苔巻き材料SRを押圧して海苔巻きを成形する際に、海苔巻き材料SRに対して強弱を付けて圧力を加えることができる。このため、海苔巻き材料SRを人手で押し込みながら成形している状態に近づけることができ、海苔巻き材料SRのシャリと具材とを良好に馴染ませることができる。【選択図】図8
