PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet sheet which is excellent not only in stain removability but also in sterilization property and antibacterial property after sterilization, and which suppresses influence on a living body, deterioration of an object to be cleaned and odor. SOLUTION: This is a wet sheet in which a cleaning agent is impregnated into a base material sheet, wherein the cleaning agent is from 0.01 mass% to 1.0 mass% of polylysine, lactic acid, citric acid or any of these acids. Or a combination of two or more kinds of these acids or salts, and 0.01% by mass or more and 1.0% by mass or less, a surfactant 0.01% by mass or more and 1.0% by mass or less, and a sheet squeezing liquid.
