To provide a cleaning bactericidal agent composition having excellent cleaning power and bactericidal activity, excellent compatibility, and low foaming property.SOLUTION: The cleaning bactericidal agent composition contains: polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride (a), a cleaning agent (b) which is at least one kinds of a surfactant selected from a group comprising a cationic surfactant, an amphoteric surfactant and a nonionic surfactant, a component (c) consisting of a polyoxyethylene dialkyl ether (c-1) or a polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene block polymer (c-2), a nonionic surfactant (d) having HLB value of 10-14.5, and a nonionic surfactant (e) having HLB value of 15-19, wherein the cleaning bactericidal agent composition contains, to 1 weight part of the polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride (a), 0.2-5 weight parts of the component (c), 1-15 weight parts of the nonionic surfactant (d), and 0.005-0.1 weight part of the nonionic surfactant (e).SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】優れた洗浄力と殺菌力を発揮し、相溶性に優れた、低発泡性の洗浄除菌剤組成物を提供する。【解決手段】ポリヘキサメチレンビグアナイド塩酸塩（ａ）と、カチオン界面活性剤、両性界面活性剤および非イオン性界面活性剤からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも１種の界面活性剤である洗浄剤（ｂ）と、ポリオキシエチレンジアルキルエーテル（ｃ－１）またはポリオキシエチレンポリオキシプロピレンブロックポリマー（ｃ－２）である成分（ｃ）と、ＨＬＢ値が１０～１４．５の非イオン性界面活性剤（ｄ）と、ＨＬＢ値が１５～１９の非イオン性界面活性剤（ｅ）とを含有する洗浄除菌剤組成物であって、ポリヘキサメチレンビグアナイド塩酸塩（ａ）１重量部に対して成分（ｃ）を０．２～５重量部、非イオン性界面活性剤（ｄ）を１～１５重量部、および、非イオン性界面活性剤（ｅ）を０．００５～０．１重量部含有する洗浄除菌剤組成物。【選択図】なし
