The present invention relates to a cryo probe for a nuclear magnetic resonance apparatus using a closed-gas loop. The present invention includes superconductive magnets that provide a magnetic field; a rotor that is arranged to be rotatable between the superconductive magnets in a state where a sample is contained and is rotated by a driving gas; a coil that applies a radio frequency to the rotor and generates a nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum resulting from a resonance phenomenon of the sample; and a gas loop that supplies the driving gas to the rotor while circulating the driving gas by using a closed loop. The gas loop rotates the rotor by supplying the driving gas to the rotor while cooling the driving gas in a cryo state. According to the present invention, the rotor where the sample is contained rotates in a state of being cooled by the driving gas, thus thermal noise can be reduced and detection sensitivity can be improved.
