The present invention relates to a composition for preventing, treating, or ameliorating motor function disorder caused by Huntington′s disease, containing Rehmanniae Radix Preparata, Dioscoreae Radix, Corni Fructus, Alismatis Rhizoma, Poria cocos Wolf, and Moutan Radicis Cortex as active ingredients. The composition of the present invention shows therapeutic effects on neuronal cell death as well as excellent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects, and also has therapeutic effects on motor function disorder, thereby being useful for preventing or treating Huntington′s disease.본 발명은 숙지황(Rehmanniae Radix Preparata), 산약(Dioscoreae Radix), 산수유(Corni Fructus), 택사(Alismatis Rhizoma), 백복령(Poriacocos Wolf) 및 목단피(Moutan Radicis Cortex) 복합 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 헌팅턴병에 의한 운동기능장애의 예방, 치료 또는 개선용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 조성물은 신경세포 사멸의 치료 효과가 있고, 항산화 및 항염증 효과가 우수하며, 운동기능장애에 치료 효과가 있으므로, 헌팅턴병의 예방 또는 치료에 유용하게 이용할 수 있다.
