PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the conventional method wherein when shell of the egg is hit against a hard material and receives a crack in the shell, the shell is finely split and scattered, and in the case of a raw egg and hot springs egg, frequently the inside of the egg bursts to stain the periphery.SOLUTION: A plate 3 is bonded to the shell 2 of the egg 1 with an adhesive or the like in one or few places. When the plate 3 is peeled, a shell 5 that is vertically below a part 4 of the plate 3 bonded to the shell is peeled together, so that even if the egg is not hit against the hard material such as a table, a crack 11 is made. Thus, the shell 2 of the egg 1 can be peeled without scattering the shell and bursting of the inside of the egg to solve the problem. Since the shape of the egg 1 is an ellipse and a sphere, in order to strengthen the bonding degree of the plate 3, the bonding part 4 of the plate 3 to the shell is provided with longitudinal and lateral arches.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 従来の方法では、硬質なもの等に卵の殻をぶつけ、殻に裂け目をつけた時、殻が細かく砕け飛び散り、生卵および温泉卵にいたっては、卵の中身が外に飛び出てしまうことは多く、周囲が汚れてしまっていた。【解決手段】 本発明は、卵1の殻2に、一箇所または数箇所、プレート3を接着剤等で接着。当該プレート3を剥がすと、当該プレート3の殻に接着している部分4の垂下の殻5が一緒に剥がれ、テーブル等硬質な物にぶつけずとも、裂け目11がつき、そこから、殻が飛び散ることも、卵の中身が飛び出ることも無く、卵1の殻2を剥くことができ、上記課題を解決するものである。また、卵1の形状は楕円・球状体であり、当該プレート3の接着度を強化する為、当該プレート3の殻の接着部分4は、縦・横アーチを設けるものとする。【選択図】図1
