PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking type tiller capable of easily accommodating its rotary part in a case.SOLUTION: A walking type tiller includes: a rotary part (R) in which a plurality of rotary tines (4) are attached to a rotary shaft (3) extending in right and left directions a support wheel (14) provided to the rear side of the rotary part (R) a handle frame (11) extending in a diagonally backward direction and right and left operating handles (12a, 12b) provided so as to branch from the handle frame (11). A bucket (40) includes: a front wall (40f) and a rear wall (40r) of which height is lower than that of the front wall (40f).
