PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical needle with a needle cover by which the winged needle can be easily, safely and securely stored in the cover without cumbersome operation.SOLUTION: The medical needle with the needle cover is constituted of the cylindrical needle cover having a front portion 2, a middle abdominal portion and a rear portion 4 in series in a longitudinal direction of a cylindrical body and constituted by forming an opening in a bottom portion of the middle abdominal portion and a slit portion in a rear portion of the same and the winged needle constituted by securing the pair of wing portions to both the sides of a needle base implanting the needle of the front portion of the needle base and securing a tube to the rear portion of the needle base.
