The side-port-forming member covers the circumference of a second side hole, and provides communication between the second side hole and the outside of the outer needle base. The method for producing the puncture needle for injection of bone cement comprises affixing the side-port-forming member to the basal end part of a double-tube member, and subsequently forming, by insert molding, an outer needle base for covering the side-port-forming member as well as the basal end part of the double-tube member.
