PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fall-while-walking prevention device capable of preventing a walking user from falling to the right or left side, being different from a conventional assisting device worn by a user to assist the user to walk, fall-while-walking prevention device controller and control method, and fall-while-walking prevention device control program.SOLUTION: The fall-while-walking prevention device independently controls a supply amount of each fluid of each of first and third actuators 10h, 10f, 11h, 11f arranged at parts corresponding to the hip joint or the left side face of the ankle of at least one leg of first and second assist wear 2a, 2b, 2c which a user can wear for expanding/contracting by increasing/decreasing the fluid, and second and forth actuators 10e, 10g, 11e, 11g arranged at parts corresponding to the hip joint or the right side face of the ankle of the leg for expanding/contracting by increasing/decreasing the fluid on the basis of user information on the user himself/herself and walk information on waking action of the user 100 acquired by an input interface section 200.
