PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt-like wound body using a charcoal powder-filled resin foam capable of effectively exhibiting the deodorant-thermal refining functions of charcoal powder-ore powder.SOLUTION: Provided is a charcoal powder-filled resin foam 12 obtained in such a manner that, by using powdery charcoal powder having moisture, the moisture absorption action of the charcoal powder is suppressed, the degree of feed moisture is retained, its mixing with a powdery plastic resin material 12 is made satisfactory to promote foam formation, and, to the largely formed pore parts of the foamed charcoal powder-filled resin foam 12, charcoal, ore powder can be exposed, so as to be planar piece 15. It is made into a length to surround around the parts such as the neck, arm, belly and leg of a pet so as to be locked, the surface part or back face part of both of them in the planar piece 15 is covered with a flexible base metal K having a heat insulation function, the planar piece 15 and the flexible base material K are sewed so as to be integrated to form a wound body WK, and it is made into a constitution B in which both the edges of the wound body WK can be stocked.
