PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aligning instrument and a program for the same which improve precision of aligning two radiation images.SOLUTION: An evaluation value of a dislocation amount of a tissue photographed in two radiation images IH and IL evaluatedby an evaluation means 42 for each part of the two radiation images IH and IL is calculated to set a search condition setting means 43 a search condition for searching corresponding positions in the two radiation images with regard to each part in accordance with the evaluation value of the each part.
